Harrell is headed to the CFL. The Saskatchewan Roughriders have agreed to terms with Graham Harrell, the Texas Tech star quarterback. Despite a prolific college career, the six-foot-two Harrell was bypassed in the 2009 NFL draft. He worked out for the Cleveland Browns but did not sign a contract with the club. Darian Durant is currently the club's starter [who played for UNC].
