Chad Ochocinco wants to kick this weekend at the Pro Bowl game. This is nothing new as he kicked an extra point and had a deep kickoff, providing the winning point in Cincinnati's 7-6 victory. Afterward, he referred to himself as "Esteban Ochocinco". He is an international soccer fan and practices kicking. He had never done it during a game until last August. Ochocinco said that he's also planning to kick field goals during practice this week. He wants to show AFC coaches that he could be more than a just receiver during the game Sunday. It shouldn't be a problem, if they're going to let him do it. He has to do it early in the game before they get serious and they start to play for real.

Wildcard Day 1
Playoff Matchup #1
I am surprised at the first game. Not at the lost but at how the Bengals lost. For the second straight week, Darrelle Revis and the Jets silenced Ochocinco. He had two catches for 28 yards in the Bengals’ 24-14 loss. Ochocinco did not record his first catch the fourth quarter. Revis said he saw Ochocinco getting frustrated as the game went on. Except for Cedric Benson (who rushed for 160+), the Bengals’ offense sputtered all day. Palmer looked awful, overthrowing and underthrowing receivers. I mean he was missing wide-open receivers and then they want to drop passes when he did get it to them. Then you have kicker who wants to miss two field goals. But the game wasn't lost by the Bengals the Jets just played equal as good. Mark Sanchez played nothing like a rookie. He played way beyond his 23 years. Then on top of that, rookie Shonn Greene, had a dynamic 21 carries for 135 yards. Yeah the Jets looked good but the choice next week is either the Chargers, who have won 11 in a row, or the Colts, who have won the last 23 of the last 24 games they’ve played in which they actually tried to win. Should be interesting though. If Sanchez keep playing mistake free, the defense will come to play.
Playoff Game #2
Who would have ever thought that Felix Jones would come on strong at the right time. Jones ran for 148 yards, including a 73-yard touchdown. Jones' 148 yards were the third most for a playoff game in team history. Even if you would have told me that the Cowboys would have dominated I wouldn't believe you. I mean I thought the Eagles were coming to play. At least McNabb and his dancing during pregame. But fact there is no NFC team looking more dangerous than the Cowboys right now. Four consecutive wins. Three over playoff teams. And most impressive, they seem to be getting better. For the Eagles, it’s another painful way to end a season in which many NFL experts had them going to and winning the Super Bowl. The Eagles were pounded by the Cowboys defense. The only bright moment of the game was when Michael Vick threw a perfect strike to Jeremy Maclin where he broke free for a 76-yard score to tie the game at 7. Other than that it was all she wrote. Now the Eagles have to figure out if they want to bring Vick back now.

Getting Ready for Round 2
Man Ochocinco let me down on Sunday. He was held without a catch before bowing out late in the first half with a tweaked knee suffered in pre-game warmups, said Cincinnati’s offense was “extremely vanilla.” “Similar to a preseason game,” Ochocinco said Tuesday in the only time he will speak to reporters before the game. Ochocinco, of course, became the latest captive on Revis Island, a place where star receivers disappear at the hands of shutdown cornerback Darrelle Revis. The wideout promised no more friendly Twitter with Revis this time. “I’m energized but more in a focused way,” Ochocinco said. “This isn’t a week to talk. This isn’t a week for games and fun.” Well he has a chance to redeem himself because he was getting pushed around Sunday. Maybe he can do what he promised he would do and show Revis how it is because Revis definitely won Round 1. Oh and on his injury, Ochocinco’s MRI on his left knee showed no structural damage so he is good to go. Carson Palmer said the biggest injury Ochocinco may have suffered in the game was to his pride. "I think Marvin put it best," Palmer said. "His ego is a little bit hurt, but Chad is a resilient guy also. He'll bounce back." He better though it's win or go home.

Revis has OchoFever
This weekend might not mean much to the Bengals but it will for Chad OchoCinco and Darrelle Revis. Ochocinco has fired off on Twitter saying he was going to "embarrass" Revis. Revis said. "The message is: You can't Tweet on Sundays. You've got to leave your phone in the locker room and bring you're 'A' game." Revis and Ochocinco are friends, both living in south Florida in the offseason, but they remain the marquee matchup in Sunday's game because of Ochocinco's trash talk. With a Jets win likely to send them to Cincinnati next week to play the Bengals in a wild-card game

RIP Chris Henry
I know everybody heard Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry, a former West Virginia star, died Thursday morning, one day after falling out of the back of a pickup truck in what police have called a domestic dispute. The day before his death, he and his fiancée met with a wedding planner, who says Henry was "annoyed" and "aggravated" by the cost of his nuptials, TMZ reports. The company's rep told TMZ that Henry got upset over the bill and, "with an attitude," asked his fiancée, "How much we paying for all this?" According to TMZ, the couple "bickered" and then Henry walked out of the store, leaving Tonga to ultimately decide, fill out the paperwork and pay the deposit. Below is the video of Chad OchoCinco who talks about his friend.

Dancing w|the Stars
Chad Ochocinco loves dancing in the end zone, could he be on TV’s “Dancing with the Stars” next spring? Video director Matthew “Mac” Cherry, a former football player who was cut by the Bengals during training camp four years ago, says the show wants the wide receiver next season. The owner of Cherry Entertainment in Los Angeles says a producer talked to him about Ochocinco when Cherry attended ABC’s live “Dancing” results telecast Wednesday night in Hollywood. Cherry's post on Twitter: “I used to warm the bench for (Ochocinco) back in training camp of ’05 w/the Bengals. I guess that’s why they asked me about him for DTWS … I hope it works out. If Jason Taylor (Akron U alumni by the way) can be on it, why can’t Chad.” Ochocinco should be available for the next “Dancing” cycle, which starts in February after the Super Bowl. The show’s new celebrities usually are announced in January. “We don’t comment on casting rumors,” says Amy Astley, an ABC-TV publicist. Vicki Dummer, ABC vice president over reality programming, says the new “Dancing” cycle has “no confirmed bookings.”

Made Good on Promise
Chad Ochocinco made good on his promise. Sort of. The flamboyant receiver got a chance to do a Lambeau Leap after catching a 13-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter of Cincinnati's 31-24 win over the Green Bay Packers yesterday, even if he did jump into a group of Bengals fans. "It was pretty cool," he said. "I just wanted to really get the W. The W is the most important because if I leaped and we lost, it's all nullified, it all makes no sense. To be able to do what I do best, which is I'm always running my mouth and making the game fun." Ochocinco reached the end zone and, after making sure a flag on the play was against the Packers, looked for a place to make his jump with about a half-dozen cameras following him. He found a soft spot among three Bengals fans sitting together, one wearing a tiger-striped cheesehead in the first row of the northeast corner of the end zone. He was coy with reporters afterward on whether the Leap was coordinated before the game with those fans on Twitter. "Shhh! I don't want you giving away my secrets," he said. Ochocinco had pondered this week whether the Packers fans would embrace him and he said he wouldn't be disrespectful of the tradition. The Cincinnati fans certainly enjoyed the leap, but at least one man in a Packers jersey made an obscene gesture that was caught by the cameras. "If you were paying attention, I did ask as I went down the line. I didn't want to be disrespectful to the Packers, their tradition or their fans," Ochocinco said.

Lambeau Leap
Green Bay Packers fans: Chad OchoCinco could be headed for a grandstand near you. The Bengals wide receiver says he'll do a celebratory "Lambeau Leap" if he scores in Sunday's game at Lambeau Field. During a conference call Wednesday, Ochocinco said he's looking forward to being embraced by cheeseheads. Packers fans might respond the way Browns fans did when the receiver jumped into the Dawg Pound a few years ago - with a shower of beer and derision. But, if Packers fans allow just one opposing player to leap, Ochocinco says he should be the guy.

Kiss the Baby! Child Plezz
Chad Ochocinco is not happy again. And he’s using his Twitter account to tell people about it. The Bengals wide receiver is saying that he’ll sue the NFL for being fined $5,000 for wearing an orange chinstrap in a preseason game. One tweet pointed out “Im sueing the NFL, I am color blind so this fine is discriminating because I’m disabled in a way, this is a sad day for me:(” Ochocinco also put a photo of the letter he received from the NFL outlining the uniform rules infraction: “Specifically, you wore an orange chinstrap.” His online rant began about 12:30 p.m. Saturday with: “WTF I got a damn fine already, it’s the damn preseason, this is some bull***!!!!” He continued later with a post on ESPN reporter Chris Mortenson’s Twitter feed: “mort this is … ridiculous, I am typing a letter back to the league office as we speak, I’m fining they a$$ back!!!! ”The rule that Chad broke is Rule 5, Section 4, Article 3(a) which specifies that all players must wear, among other things, a “Helmet with chin strap (white only) fastened and face mask attached.
In other news of OchoCinco,When Tom Brady went down in the second quarter of last night's game reporters wondered, how Brady was doing after slammed into the ground. The answer came from via Bengals wide receiver Chad OchoCinco who followed the game at home and called Brady to find out how he was doing. Ocho twittered that he called Brady and the quarterback responded that everything was fine. "Just got a call back from Tom Brady, says he's fine and there's nothing to worry about," Ochoccinco wrote. When pressed on the validity of the report by others including the Providence Journal and PatriotsInsider.com, Ochocinco replied directly to confirm the news.
"@patriotsinsider why would I make it up, duh, I heard he got hurt so I left a messgae, he called back and said he's okay,I'm the insider now," Ocho replied to PatriotsInsider.com
Ochocinco has been involved in ongoing twitter conversation with NFL Network's Rich Eisen. He clarified his earlier tweet to Eisen as well as other writers who inquired as to the validity of the information. .
"@Richeisen [I]t pays to have everyones phone number," Ochocinco wrote. "[S]eriously he said he's cool, he's homeless so he'll be okay, new saying right there Rich."
Well Chad said he was going to be better than ESPN and he showed that he can. He is really calling the actually person when something goes down.

A Boxer after the NFL
Chad Ochocinco has spent a few months of his off-season time training in boxing gyms, and now he's talking about launching a pro career. He's gone so far as to call out WBC Welterweight champion Andre Berto. Chad had this to say
"So when I get in the ring and knock out (welterweight champ Andre) Berto, and people are like, 'I didn't know Chad could fight,'" he said to us, "I just told you."
Then Berto responded back by saying:
"I'm here to say that when his season is over, which should be before the playoffs start, I'll give him the beating of his life and show him the difference between kicking footballs and getting your ass kicked. By the time I'm done with him, he'll want to change his last name to No Mas!"
Ha! Chad really wants to be a boxer I can see that. But I do not know. Ocho said he started fighting because he was "looking for ways to challenge myself." And it's worked as a tool for football. "It's translating real well," he said. "Just being able to catch, and my hand-eye coordination is a lot quicker than it was before. I haven't really been challenged with bump-and-run -- but it's there. "And then, my cardio is stupid. I talk the whole game, and usually you don't talk to preserve your energy. I talked after every play. I'm running my mouth. I just keep on talking." He says he's getting back to being the old Chad. Talking's a part of it. Playing's a bigger deal, and all kidding aside, that's where the boxing has come into play. I know he is quick but check out Berto:
