The Sports Xchange has learned that defensive back, Jimmy Williams, currently a free agent, has been suspended by the NFL for at least one year for an apparent violation of the league's substance abuse policy. During the term of his suspension, Williams can sign with an NFL team, but he can't be included in any team activities [even though nobody is going to pick him up now]. Man I was really behind this guy coming out but he has just threw his chance away. He should be a shame to wear the number two. Ha. Now I see why the Niners released him earlier this year.
