Steve McNair, 36, has been found dead due to a fatal gunshot wound to the head, according to Nashville police. Police said it looked like a double homicide. A woman was also found dead on the premises, but a spokesman said her identity was not confirmed, despite reports to the contrary. A call was answered by the police at 1:30 ET from someone in his apartment saying there was an injury. When police arrived, they found McNair and the woman dead.
